PA GS molybdenum disulfide internal lubrication, additive: molybdenum disulfide lubricant. Performance characteristics: Good dimensional stability, low friction coefficient, good strength, high rigidity, good toughness, chemical corrosion resistance, good fatigue resistance, noise reduction, solubility resistance, scratch resistance, good wear resistance, high heat resistance, oil resistance, grease resistance, self-lubricating. Flame retardancy: HB. ROHS compliance. Usage: gears, valve/valve components, wear strips, sleeves, thrust washers, bearings. GS improves the properties of mechanical, thermal, and bearing types. It is a combination of PA66 and molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), while maintaining its basic electrical and chemical properties. By compounding, the nylon is given additional lubrication, allowing for partial or no lubrication during use. It is also beneficial for significantly increasing the service life of lubricating components and is a very cost-effective choice. Providing higher wear resistance, reducing surface friction, higher strength and stiffness compared to unfilled PA66, improving dimensional stability.
